What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Payment using your credit card through PayPal or PayPal balance is instant. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days) If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact Fifi for assistance.

How secure is this store?
The Fifi Lapin store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do take overseas orders. In fact, to date, about 3/4 of our customers are overseas.

How Long Until My Items Arrive?
*IMPORTANT* Due to Fifi's busy lifestyle as an international it-bunny she will be posting items on the Tuesday following your order so please be patient, especially if you are an international customer.

We ship all over the world, you will be able to check your shipping costs at the checkout before you pay. Prices are in United Kingdom pounds and will be converted automatically at the checkout to your currency.

For multiple item orders; Depending on the size and type of your order your items may be sent separately to prevent damage to artwork. This means that your items might arrive seperately at different times.

You will receive a notification from paypal on the day you're item is posted. Fifi Lapin is based in the UK. Time-frame for packages shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office. Time-frame for packages shipped internationally is 6-10 days from time deposited at Post Office. Please contact Fifi with your paypal receipt if you have not received your item within these times. Rest assured we always help with lost items.

What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
All items are shipped worldwide via Royal Mail airmail and within the UK via Royal Mail first class. We ship large prints tracked. If you would like to add tracking to any other item please contact us in advance. We take pains to make sure your Fifi Lapin wares arrive to you in the best possible condition and use appropriate packaging. If you have any problems with your package please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavor to help you.

How much is shipping?
It depends what you are ordering, You will have a chance to review your shipping costs before you pay.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
We do not offer a refund on sale items unless faulty. For all other items we offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in salable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund return shipping.
