- Fifi Lapin is an extremely stylish rabbit.
Fifi was born one of 257 brothers and sisters (you know what they say about rabbits) but sadly there was an outbreak of myxamatosis when she was just a year old and she was the only one to survive. Her parents are therefore incredibly protective and spoil her rotten. As an ‘haress’ to her fathers fortune (which he made playing fast and loose with carrot and lettuce shares on the international stock market) she loves nothing better than spending her time shopping, browsing fashion magazines, shopping and attending the opening of an envelope. People may think she's just a socialite but behind that sweet smile lies more than just an extremely stylish clotheshorse.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Payment using your credit card through PayPal or PayPal balance is instant. Items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days) If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact Fifi for assistance.
- How secure is this store?

The Fifi Lapin store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we do take overseas orders. In fact, to date, about 3/4 of our customers are overseas.
- How Long Until My Items Arrive?
- Fifi Lapin items usually ship within 4 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if Fifi's minions are sick and can’t get to the Post Office), you will be notified immediately.
Fifi Lapin is based in the UK.
Timeframe for packages shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office.
Timeframe for packages shipped internationally is 6-10 days from time deposited at Post Office.
Please contact Fifi if you have not received your item within these times. If an item has a longer lead-time this will be noted on it’s detail page, so that you can be made aware prior to adding it to your cart.
- What about Wholesale or Custom Orders?
- Unfortunately the artist cannot take on any individual custom orders. For wholesale or business inquiries please contact Fifi direct.
- What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
- All items are shipped worldwide via Royal Mail airmail and within the UK via Royal Mail first class. If the order is over $250.00 we insure and confirm delivery at no extra cost.
We charge a small amount for handling, and take pains to make sure your Fifi Lapin wares arrive to you in the best possible condition. - How Is Shipping Calculated?
- Our shipping rates are very reasonable. To make things simpler all shipping rates are fixed no matter where you are in the world. These fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart and include a small handling fee. We offer a discount on the postage if you order more than one item which will be calculated when you checkout.
- What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
- We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is are unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of ship receipt. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new or saleable condition. Fifi Lapin strives to make your shopping experience a happy one, and with our low shipping rates and low price point, we aim to please from the start.
